Neemt kennis van de beslissing van de Deputatie – beroep (omgevingsvergunning wordt verleend) inzake het dossier:

• 2024/201 met als onderwerp het slopen een landbouwloods, het weghalen van de sleufsilo en de functiewijziging van landbouw naar zonevreemde woning en zonevreemde bijgebouwen; gelegen in de Pittemse Binnenweg 30, 8760 Tielt; kadastraal bekend: MEULEBEKE 2 AFD, sectie B, 0501 F (OMV_2024140526).

In de periode van 15.11.2025 t.e.m. 28.11.2025 zijn de volgende verkeersmaatregelen van kracht naar aanleiding van nutswerken:

Fase 1: Biezaardhof: 

• Afsluiten van de straat tijdens de werkuren.

Fase 2: Onze-Lieve-Vrouwstraat: 

• Instellen van een éénrichtingsverkeer door het afsluiten van de rijweg (kant van de even nummers, van huisnr. 2 t.e.m. huisnr. 42) voor het verkeer komende van de Oostrozebekestraat richting de Vuilputstraat. 
• De omleiding wordt voorzien via de Oostrozebekestraat, Bertje Santensweg, Barnumstraat, Vuilputstraat.

Fase 3: Vuilputstraat: 

• Instellen van een éénrichtingsverkeer door het afsluiten van de rijweg (kant van de oneven nummers, van huisnr. 3 t.e.m. huisnr. 45) voor het verkeer komende van de Vuilputstraat richting het centrum. 
• Omleiding wordt voorzien via de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwstraat, Oostrozebekestraat, Bertje Santensweg, Barnumstraat, Vuilputstraat.

Ter gelegenheid van het evenement "Galabal Moeder Gezelle ’t Schrijverke" zijn vanaf zaterdag 15.11.2025 om 20.00 uur tot zondag 16.11.2025 om 05.00 uur de volgende veiligheidsmaatregelen van kracht:

• Er wordt geen gemotoriseerd verkeer toegelaten langs de Seytexlaan voor het gedeelte tussen de Mariënhovestraat en de Wakkensesteenweg, in de rijrichting van het rondpunt met de Zuiderring. Dit verbod geldt niet voor voertuigen van politie- en hulpdiensten bij dringende tussenkomsten.

• Het parkeren van voertuigen is verboden in de Mariënhovestraat voor het gedeelte tussen de Tenhovestraat en de Seyntexlaan, alsook in de Seyntexlaan voor het gedeelte tussen de Mariënhovestraat en de Wakkensesteenweg, telkens aan beide zijden van de rijbaan.

In de periode vanaf 19.11.2025 tot en met 05.12.2025 zijn de volgende verkeersmaatregelen van kracht:

Er zal gewerkt worden met verkeerslichten ter hoogte van volgende kruispunten: 

• Biezaardhof - Vuilputstraat;
• Onze-Lieve-Vrouwstraat - Vuilputstraat.

Ter gelegenheid van het evenement "Kerstdrink ’t Pleintje" is van zaterdag 20.12.2025 om 09.00 uur tot zondag 21.12.2025 om 12.00 uur, het parkeren en het verkeer van alle voertuigen verboden in het gedeelte van de Wulfstraat begrepen tussen het huisnummer 27 en het kruispunt met de Magdalena Huysstraat.

Van maandag 10.11.2025 omstreeks 06.00 uur tot en met dinsdag 11.11.2025 om 20.00 uur wordt de Kerkstraat afgesloten voor alle verkeer, uitgezonderd fietsers en voetgangers.

De tijdelijke politieverordening met verkeersreglementering naar aanleiding van het het afsluiten van de Stedemolenstraat, ter hoogte van het kruispunt met de Sint-Michielstraat / Deken Darraslaan (N327), voor alle verkeer uitgezonderd fietsers, bestuurders van tweewielige bromfietsen en bestuurders van speedpedelecs, goedgekeurd door het college van burgemeester en schepenen in zitting van 04.12.2024, wordt verlengd vanaf donderdag 06.11.2025 tot en met zondag 01.03.2026.

De tijdelijke politieverordening met verkeersreglementering naar aanleiding van de uitbreiding van de zone 30 in de stadskern van Tielt, goedgekeurd door het college van burgemeester en schepenen in zitting van 04.12.2024, wordt verlengd vanaf donderdag 06.11.2025 tot en met zondag 01.03.2026.

De tijdelijke politieverordening met verkeersreglementering naar aanleiding van inrichten fietszone / zone fietsstraten in de stadskern van Tielt, goedgekeurd door het college van burgemeester en schepenen in zitting van 04.12.2024, wordt verlengd vanaf donderdag 06.11.2025 tot en met zondag 01.03.2026.
